We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to work at our dealership. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with prospective customers, showcasing our vehicle inventory, and guiding them through the sales process. Your primary goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Engage with prospective customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and preferences.
Provide detailed information about our vehicle inventory, features, pricing, and financing options.
Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle to meet their requirements.
Negotiate and finalize sales transactions, including trade-ins and financing arrangements.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license.
Valid Omvic License
Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent customer service and negotiation abilities.
