We’re seeking a motivated and dynamic Retail Sales Territory Representative - Toronto with a passion for the beverage alcohol industry to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing strategies aimed at growing sales, expanding our market presence within your designated territory and gaining the loyalty of your clientele. Your passion and strong interpersonal skills will be key to building strong lasting relationships with customers to drive territory revenue, promoting our products, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for day-to-day Sales Representation of Wellington portfolio of beer, cider and RTD offerings;
  • Achieve annual and period territory sales volume, revenue, and growth targets;
  • Establish “best in class” business relationships within LCBO, Beer Store, Grocery, Convenience;
  • Drive growth through communication of promotional programs, securing new listings, SKU optimization and working with customers to develop account plans and priorities;
  • Review sales data and apply knowledge of the territory to identify opportunities and execute sales plans;
  • Coordinate and execute various Key Account and Marketing programs and provide feedback about the design, implementation, and effectiveness of programs;
  • Maintain merchandising standards and work to influence space allotments and product visibility based on analysis of sales;
  • Maintain up-to-date customer information and sales data in Retail CRM systems;
  • Participate in team meetings and provide the Sales management team with detailed local market intelligence as required;
  • Execute last minute delivery requests for retail partners within assigned territories;
  • Remain apprised of industry trends and changes to the competitive environment;
  • Facilitate brand messaging and promotional activities including hosting sampling events, field events and assisting at festivals to drive growth and promote our brands within the retail territory;
