ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Canadian Association of Medical Aesthetics (CAMA) is seeking a results-driven and personable Sales Representative to help grow our training programs across Western Canada. This full-time role is perfect for someone who enjoys guiding others, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a performance-based role with a purpose.
You’ll work with licensed healthcare professionals—RPNs, LPNs, RNs, NPs, and MDs—who are exploring careers in aesthetic medicine. From initial inquiry to enrollment, you’ll support them in understanding our training options and how CAMA can help them build a successful practice.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to inbound inquiries from prospective students via phone, email, and social media
  • Conduct phone consultations to guide healthcare professionals through our program offerings
  • Help clients understand course formats, package options, and available financing
  • Follow up consistently and keep detailed notes in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to enhance conversion strategies
  • Meet and exceed monthly enrolment targets
