Why This Role Is Right for You As a Sales Representative, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Poland.    Place of work: Regional Office / assigned sales territory – Wielkopolskie and/or Lubuskie voivodeships   About Your Future Role In this position, you will: * Acquiring new payment card acceptance clients within the assigned territory and managing existing customers within the company’s business portfolio * Conducting meetings with current and potential clients, building new business relationships, and providing post-sales customer support * Defining detailed terms of cooperation and ensuring their implementation in compliance with applicable laws and internal company standards * Preparing reports and commercial offers, monitoring the market and competitors’ activities, and developing long-term business relationships * Participating in periodic training sessions and meetings organized by the regional office or company headquarters What Makes You a Great Fit We’re looking for someone eager to make a difference. Here’s what we value: Essential Qualifications:  * Minimum 2 years of proven experience in field sales (door-to-door), supported by measurable sales successes * Valid category B driving license and readiness to travel * Confident daily use of a computer (Microsoft Office and sales support tools, including CRM systems) * High personal culture, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships * Excellent time management, independence, goal-oriented mindset, and presentation skills * Well-developed sales and negotiation skills * Knowledge of English will be an additional advantage * At least secondary education Even if you don’t check every box, your unique potential and willingness to learn could set you apart.
