Description DAS Canada, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team covering either Southern Alberta or Southern British Columbia. We have maintained a strong market presence and established customer base in Canada for over fifteen years. This position is salaried with reimbursable business-related expenses, including mileage reimbursement, and compensation will transition to fully commission-based within two years. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, servicing customer accounts, maintaining store appearance and merchandising standards, and meeting sales targets. This role requires approximately 75% travel and will be based in the Calgary area. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong customer service skills, a proactive sales mindset, and the ability to work independently while building long-term customer relationships. Fluency in English is required, and a second language such as French, Hindi, Korean, or Urdu is considered an asset. Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, are also preferred. Requirements Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role, ideally within a commission-based environment High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred Fluent in English; a second language (French, Hindi, Korean, or Urdu) is considered an asset Demonstrated success in sales and customer service Experience using CRM systems and other sales-related software is an asset Strong organizational and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Must have reliable transportation Must be legally entitled to work in Canada with visa-free ability to travel to the United States when required Primary Job Duties Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients Call on assigned accounts on a regular basis Ensure merchandising standards are maintained, including replacing labels, cleaning and straightening products, and stocking shelves and hooks from back stock Place orders as needed and ensure promotional materials and signage are properly displayed Return defective or authorized promotional merchandise to DAS Canada, Inc. Meet with managers to discuss and resolve customer concerns or issues Complete and submit required paperwork in a timely manner Maintain accurate account files and update customer information after each visit Assist with store resets and new store setups when needed Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on post-sale requests or concerns Participate in sales meetings and required training sessions Represent DAS Canada, Inc. corporate values and mission through positive, customer-focused, and team-oriented behavior Physical Demands & Work Environment Regularly required to sit, stand, or walk; use hands to handle objects; reach with hands and arms; and communicate effectively Must be able to utilize peripheral vision, depth perception, distance vision, and focus adjustment Work may be performed in outdoor, wet, humid, or changing weather conditions Frequently required to stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or work at heights Frequently required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Occasionally required to lift and/or move over 100 pounds with team assistance and/or power equipment Work Attire- Business Casual
