Are you a driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and taking initiative? Hardy Sales is hiring a full-time Sales Representative – Wholesale/Retail to manage a strong existing customer base and actively develop new business across British Columbia.
This is a hands-on, growth-focused role. We’re looking for someone who brings strong B2B experience—whether in sales, account management, or business development—and wants to build a long-term career in a fast-moving, people-first industry.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Manage and grow customer accounts
  • Develop new business through proactive outreach, cold calling, in-person visits, and follow-up
  • Sell wholesale volumes to meet a wide range of customer needs
  • Collaborate closely with our purchasing, logistics, warehouse, and finance teams
  • Learn the product line in-depth—including various protein cuts and supply cycles
  • Take full ownership of your territory, your results, and your relationships

THIS ROLE IS FOR SOMEONE WHO:

  • Has direct B2B experience in a customer-facing role (Sales Rep, Account Manager, or Business Development)
  • Brings a sales-driven mindset: motivated by opportunity, not afraid of cold calls or rejection
  • Is independent and resourceful—able to manage their week, their pipeline, and their results independently
  • Communicates clearly and confidently, in person and over the phone
  • Wants to build a long-term career and contribute meaningfully to a growing team
  • Has a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for regional travel
