JOB DESCRIPTION:

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers through the vehicle purchasing process, from understanding their needs to finalizing the sale. You’ll leverage your knowledge of vehicles and the latest sales techniques to offer exceptional service, helping customers make informed decisions while meeting sales targets.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and develop lasting relationships with customers.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry and vehicle features
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Responsibilities
  • Greet customers, identify their needs, and recommend vehicles based on their preferences and budget.
  • Provide information on vehicles’ features, options, and pricing.
  • Conduct test drives and explain vehicle performance.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and close deals.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and stay up-to-date with automotive trends.
  • Follow up with potential customers and maintain relationships with past clients.
  • Achieve sales goals and performance metrics as outlined by management.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet dealership goals.
