This role focuses on medium- to high-end window and door solutions and offers a dynamic mix of showroom sales, in-home consultations, and trade show/event engagement. Key Responsibilities Meet with homeowners in the showroom and in-home to assess needs and provide product solutions Present premium window and door options tailored to customer requirements Prepare and deliver accurate estimates and proposals Guide customers through the full sales cycle using a consultative, value-based approach Generate leads and build a strong pipeline through trade shows and community events Set appointments and follow up consistently with prospective clients Manage leads and sales activity using CRM tools Maintain ongoing communication to ensure high conversion rates and customer satisfaction Meet or exceed individual sales and revenue targets Requirements Qualifications Previous sales experience required (home improvement, construction, or related industry preferred) Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends Comfortable working in showroom, in-home, and event-based environments Experience with CRM systems is a plus Knowledge of financing options is an advantage Highly motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused Compensation & Opportunity 1099 Independent Contractor Commission-only structure based on gross profit High earning potential for top performers Opportunity to grow within a startup environment backed by an established and reputable company (SOL UP) Clear career path into leadership and management roles as the company expands
