POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Sales Representative at Stage Windows & Doors, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building strong customer relationships. This position requires a combination of office and field work, and remote work is not an option.
We are looking for a highly motivated, self-starting individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be on the move, visiting clients and promoting our top-quality windows, doors, and services. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to engage directly with customers, educate them about our products, and contribute to Stage’s growth by developing and implementing sales strategies aligned with our company goals.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Master’s or any equivalent degree in Sales and Marketing.
  • 2-4 years of Sales experience; Windows industry experience will be preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in promotions and marketing will be considered an asset.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are essential.
  • A tech-savvy individual who can learn and use systems.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to travel regularly to meet with clients and visit various locations.
  • Comfortable conducting product demonstrations and carrying product samples or promotional materials.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Stage products, including windows, patio doors, entry doors, their functions, installations, accessories, and performance features.
  • Proactively generate new business opportunities by identifying and engaging potential clients in the field, while building and nurturing strong relationships with customers, distributors and dealers.
  • Visit clients regularly, provide feedback, and ensure that their showrooms are stocked with proper samples, literature, and displays.
  • Learn and understand our production process to confidently guide customers through plant tours and help them understand how our products are made.
  • Present and sell the company’s products to both new and existing clients, negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals and ensure profitability. Work closely with Sales Managers & Sales Director.
  • Conduct site visits, assess customer needs, provide tailored product recommendations, offer product demonstrations, and assist with technical inquiries to ensure customers fully understand the benefits of our products.
  • Gain expertise in Fenevision to generate customer quotes and assist clients with system setup, ensuring they have the tools they need for accurate orders and quotes.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and production, to ensure timely order fulfillment, customer satisfaction, and smooth communication between departments.
  • Follow up with clients after sales to ensure satisfaction, address any issues, and build long-term relationships.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to continuously improve sales efforts and strategies.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company and generate leads.
  • Report weekly on sales activities, progress, and market trends to the Sales Managers & Sales Director.
  • Learn and understand the production process to confidently guide customers through plant tours, explaining how our products are made.
