You’ll love this role if you’re naturally good with people and want to turn that into something measurable and rewarding.

You’ll spend most of your day speaking with customers who’ve already started a quote, so you’re not cold calling or searching for leads. Instead, your focus is understanding what matters to each customer, explaining their options clearly and helping them navigate the cover that’s right for them.

Some calls are easy while others take patience, persistence and confidence to handle objections. There are targets to meet, and some days feel fast-paced and demanding. But if you enjoy conversations with purpose and like seeing effort turn into results, this role will suit you.

You’ll learn through paid training and regular coaching. That’s how your people skills turn into real sales capability with incentives to match your performance.

What you’ll be doing

• A full-time role in-office at Sippy Downs
• Speak with customers on the phone, helping them understand and choose the right cover
• Follow scripts and call flows while learning how to guide real conversations confidently
• Read and interpret policy information in real time, explaining cover and costs clearly
• Work towards sales and performance targets while building strong sales habits
• Work across multiple systems at once, including online quoting tools and customer records
• Receive regular coaching and feedback, and use it to build confidence and capability over time
• Work onsite with your team, with set hours and clear expectations around performance and quality
