SALES REPRESENTATIVE Location: Highlands, TX, 77562 JOB OVERVIEW We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Highlands, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling finished lubricants to both new and established customers, leveraging strong relationships and product knowledge to maximize profit margins. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to prospecting, and the ability to manage multiple customer accounts effectively. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Sell finished lubricants to new and established customers. * Leverage relationships and product/market knowledge to maximize profit margins. * Serve as the primary point of contact for buyers at existing customers and potential prospects. * Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline of new opportunities. * Prospect new potential customers and evaluate opportunities for business fit. * Act as an ambassador for the lubricant brands represented by ZXP within the specified geography. * Manage incoming sales calls with knowledge and professionalism. * Answer technical questions with assistance from sourcing as necessary. * Conduct sales calls both in person and over the phone/virtually; some travel required. * Collaborate with the Product Market Manager on pricing and marketing initiatives. * Assist in managing late customer payments. * Liaise with all departments and customers regarding account changes including billing, sales, and logistics. * Act in accordance with ZXP core values: Safety, Teamwork, Accountability, Results, and Service. * Perform other duties as required. QUALIFICATIONS * Proven experience in sales, preferably in lubricants or related industries. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to build and maintain customer relationships. * Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset. * Comfortable with travel and flexible working arrangements. * Technical aptitude to answer product-related questions with support from sourcing.
