JOB SUMMARY
Selfdrive is seeking enthusiastic and service-driven Sales Reservation Agents to join our fast-growing team. The role involves managing both inbound and outbound calls related to car rental, leasing, ancillary services, rental extensions, and aftersales support.
As a Sales Reservation agent / Telesales Executive, you will be the voice and face of our mobility tech platform—generating inquiries and converting them into successful bookings while delivering exceptional customer experiences. The goal is not just to sell, but to nurture client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive repeat business.
The role also includes tracking and converting leads, ensuring follow-ups until vehicle delivery or return, and achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
· Handle inbound calls, outbound calls, WhatsApp chats, and other communication channels to provide rental information and convert inquiries into bookings.
· Understand customer requirements and suggest the most suitable car model, plan, and offer, aligning with their needs and budget.
· Upsell higher category vehicles, insurance, add-ons, and other value-added services to maximize revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
· Ensure all bookings are accurate and customer-aligned to avoid cancellations due to errors or misinformation.
· Maintain and update lead tracking sheets, customer call logs, and follow-up records in CRM tools.
· Respond to customer queries related to pricing, availability, extensions, or terms, and coordinate with internal departments as needed.
· Promote the Selfdrive App, highlighting features and convenience to encourage long-term engagement and repeat usage.
· Ensure First Call Resolution (FCR) and maintain high Customer Satisfaction Scores (CSAT).
· Manage agitated or irate customers calmly and professionally, offering quick solutions or escalation when required.
· Stay informed about market trends, competitor pricing, and service offerings to deliver informed recommendations to customers.
· Use standard verbatim during customer calls and share confirmations on WhatsApp.
· Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer and operational requirements.
