Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Reservations Agent to join our busy office team. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers making enquiries and bookings, ensuring a smooth process from initial request through to confirmed reservation. It’s also important that you have a proactive attitude and are prepared to generate potential business too. This is a key role in delivering excellent customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and online booking enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
  • Provide accurate quotes, availability, and travel information to customers
  • Manage reservations using our booking system, ensuring all details are recorded correctly
  • Make outbound proactive calls to existing customers and new prospects
  • Liaise with the operations team to coordinate vehicle and driver schedules
  • Follow up on enquiries to convert quotes into confirmed bookings
  • Support customers with amendments, special requests, or last-minute changes
  • Maintain knowledge of company services, fleet, and policies to provide clear advice
  • Deliver outstanding service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
