BoltCraft located in Gothenburg, Nebraska is looking for an experienced Sales professional who has knowledge in the Fastener industry to join their growing Sales team! The Sales Representative/Account Manager can live within 100 miles of Gothenburg.
The Sales Representative would have a list of current customers to service on a regular basis as well as grow their sales territory with new customers. The ideal applicant would be innovative, self-motivated and extremely detail oriented.
BoltCraft manufactures custom bolts used primarily in the Agriculture, Construction and Manufacturing industries. They sell U-Bolts, cutting tools, abrasives, drill bites, fasteners, washers, bolts, nuts, threaded rods & studs, anchors, epoxy and more!

The Sales Representatives Compensation & Benefits:

  • $65,000-$80,000 salary, based on experience
  • Commission Paid out Monthly based on Sales

Responsibilities
  • Effectively communicate in a respectful and positive manner with customers while representing the business
  • Must be able to cold call on customers and network in an appropriate and effective manner.
  • Maintain current customer relationships
  • Provide excellent customer service and establish a positive relationship
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly
  • Engage and communicate with customers promptly via phone, email, and in-person
  • Travel daily to customer locations servicing and selling
  • Manage the sales process from the first point of contact, to creating the sales presentation, providing an accurate quote, negotiating terms, closing the sale, and setting up delivery of products.
  • Communicate with customers regularly on re-orders and product delivery schedules.
  • Increase the customer portfolio every year
  • Be on-site at the office in Gothenburg, once per week to catch up on administrative tasks.

Sales Representatives Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Hours may vary based on customer needs

The Sales Representative must have an acceptable driving record as reflected by the MVR. They will be given a company pickup to drive for work purposes.
