REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in sales, preferably in recycled materials/IT equipment/components/logistics.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken); Dutch or other European language is a plus.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (BD, Logistics, Operations).
  • Ability to identify and target potential buyers (upstream/downstream) in European markets.
  • Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen to maximize profitability.
  • Proficiency in analyzing inventory reports and sales forecasts.
  • Legally authorized to work in the Netherlands and currently reside within the country.

Responsibilities
  • Look for potential buyers and markets for products, accessories, components, IT equipment, materials generated from our production lines.
  • Daily control of the materials extracted from different projects to understand the real value of the items, making grading corrections for better profitability.
  • Reorganize Inventory/Operation’s procedures to maximize efficiency in allocations of materials for faster outbounds of Sales.
  • Work closely with BD and PM to have better understandings of itch project for better profitability solutions.
  • Analyze weekly inventory reports and sales performance to generate the sales forecasts for the upcoming three-week period.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to make decisions on materials processing to maximize material recovery values.
  • Maintain good relationships with existing customers and build new relationships with additional upstream and downstream providers in the region; as well towards Europe searching for new DSV/partners to expand business opportunities for IT/ITAD deals.
  • Constant studying of new channels opportunities to present new solutions for incoming materials or products.
  • Create new business channel for batteries solutions.
  • Liaise with different parties involved in the sale process.
  • Supervise and cooperate with team members to reach the sales target, achieving sales growth performance via expanding business volume and further penetration of existing customers.
