Description

We are seeking a Sales & Revenue Analyst to enhance visibility, performance, and accountability across our hospitality and real estate sales and marketing teams. This role will be responsible for analyzing sales and revenue data, optimizing CRM and related technologies, and providing actionable insights to improve sales performance and inform strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a data-driven mindset, and a commitment to ensuring data integrity and compliance. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the modernization of our processes by exploring and implementing advanced technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, to drive efficiency and revenue growth.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, economics, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in sales analytics, revenue management, or a related role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including in-depth knowledge of formulas, functions, Pivot Tables, and data manipulation
  • Experience in CRM database management and optimization (Salesforce strongly preferred).
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (Pardot or similar).
  • Proficiency in dashboard development and report automation within Salesforce (or similar CRM such as Hubspot) and other business intelligence tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and adapt to new technologies.
  • A strong interest in and understanding of the potential applications of Artificial Intelligence in business processes, particularly within sales and revenue analysis.

Responsibilities

PERFORMANCE & ACCOUNTABILITY

  • Collaborate with hospitality and real estate sales teams to ensure accountability in meeting revenue targets.
  • Support leadership with sales pipeline analysis, lead tracking, and customer segmentation insights to drive efficiency
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement data-driven solutions to optimize sales efficiency.
  • Assist with training and adoption of analytics tools to enhance sales team performance.
