The Role As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will be the bridge between high-level sales strategy and frontline execution. You will dig deep into our CRM and sales data to find the "why" behind the numbers, providing the insights our leadership needs to make smart, data-driven decisions. You’ll be responsible for making the sales engine run faster, cleaner, and more efficiently. Key Responsibilities Data Mastery & Insights: Collect, analyze, and interpret complex sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for revenue growth. CRM Guardianship: Maintain the integrity of our Salesforce CRM. You’ll manage workflows, ensure data hygiene, and troubleshoot issues to keep the sales team moving. Reporting & Dashboards: Design and maintain "ridiculously good" dashboards and reports that provide real-time visibility into KPIs, pipeline health, and win/loss ratios. Forecasting & Planning: Assist in developing accurate sales forecasts and models using historical data and market trends to inform resource allocation. Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel—from lead gen to closing—and implement streamlined workflows and automation tools. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Finance, and Client Services to align sales goals with broader company objectives. Incentive Management: Support the administration of sales commissions and performance incentives to keep the team motivated and aligned.
