This role has one priority: Customer service. Qualifications Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service Ensure all operational tasks delegated are completed Mitigate customer service issues by helping to proactively manage issues as they arise Arrive early to setup the store to open on time Close out the store at the end of the day Ensure a high degree of focus on visual merchandising and store cleanliness Focus on constantly developing product knowledge Minimum pay is $18/hr. Final pay based on experience.
