Novatech is looking to add a territory sales representative (Midwest) to join the team. Reporting to the regional sales manager, you will manage and grow accounts across Illinois, Indiana, Ohio and Michigan. This role is key part of our North American sales team. This is a remote position that requires extension travelling. Your key responsibilities: Manage sales strategy, forecasting, and reporting for all assigned accounts Develop new customer relationships while growing business with existing partners Conduct in-person and virtual product demonstrations for customers and prospects Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues related to product or service Maintain up-to-date CRM activities in Salesforce Collaborate with internal teams including customer service, marketing and operations Analyse and communicate territory trends, opportunities, and competitive insights. Production & Market knowledge: Understanding of millwork industry and distribution channels Comfortable presenting technical products to groups of varying sizes Capable of discussing value-based pricing and negotiating win-win outcomes Strong knowledge of residential construction products (windows/doors). The profile we are looking for: 3 to 5 years of successful outside sales experience Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred Excellent sales, negotiating and closing skills Tech-savvy: Salesforce, Microsoft Office High self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized with strong communication skills.
