Your tasks:

• Analysis of existing business and system processes in the SAP environment / Recording, evaluation and structuring of functional requirements from the specialist departments
• Translation of business requirements into actionable system and solution requirements
• Conceptual design, specification and documentation of system requirements for SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP Service Parts Management (SPM)
• Close collaboration with specialist departments, IT architects, and development and project teams.
• Creation and maintenance of process documentation and process models in Signavio
• Consulting regarding SAP standard solutions and evaluation of possible in-house developments
• Conducting impact analyses and providing expert evaluation of solution options
• Taking over Level 3 support for SAP SPM processes, including analysis of complex incidents and sustainable troubleshooting.
• Coordination and follow-up of incidents, defects, and process improvements
• Support with testing, releases and go-live activities
• Participation in transformation and optimization projects in the SAP environment

Your qualifications:

• Experience in the SAP environment, especially with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP SPM / Experience in the design, modeling and documentation of system and business processes
• Solid knowledge in the creation of business requirements and system requirements
• Experience in translating professional requirements into technical concepts and specifications
• Demonstrable collaboration with IT, development, and specialist teams
• Experience in incident and problem management
• Knowledge of Level 3 support for complex SAP processes
• Experience in analyzing and resolving complex process and system errors
• Good knowledge of Signavio or comparable process modeling tools
• Experience in SAP implementation and/or transformation projects / Experience in agile project environments
• Ideally, knowledge of the SAFe Framework (Scaled Agile Framework)
• Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written
