Job Responsibilities & Tasks (Duties include but are not limited to) • Implementing and executing sales strategies as per the instructions of sales management. • Initiating tactical action plans and presenting them to the FSM/SM • Monitoring competitors move as well as major trends and shifts in consumer and client’s behaviour and reporting accordingly potential findings to the FSM/SM • Preparing several reports upon the request of sales management and delivering this report on time. • Assisting the FSM/SM while coming up with tactical actions plan to generate growth in designated areas and sectors. • Preparing monthly reports on project achievements, competition activities, sales and collection versus target while recommending tactical corrective actions where needed. • Assisting the FSM/SM in preparing the monthly incentive of his team. • Assisting, motivating and coaching his team to achieve company targets by providing proper on the spot training. • Making sure that the company contracts are being properly implemented. • Making sure of optimizing (Efficiency and Effectiveness) the number of customers / call cycle in a specific area in order to make sure that the number of customers/ Call cycle is spread evenly between the sales forces of the concerned sector. • Verifying on a random basis customer approval of their corresponding account reconciliation.
