As a Sales Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for: Develop proposals; may negotiate with customers; ensure deals deliver shareholder value; drive competitive pricing. May include compiling and submitting required tender documentation. Handles products and systems requiring technical knowledge. Some customization within guidelines can be done. Contributes to frameworks for prices and conditions. There is room for negotiating and client specific conditions. Handles diverse clients in a region. Cooperates with (technical) sales support to realize sales. Leads a department with large, estimated orders. Handles local focus on medium size territory. To be successful in this role you will: Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with at least 6 to 8 years of experience in Completion & Well Intervention. Have a minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Sales & Commercials. Have strong oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal and leadership skills, and the ability to influence others and lead small teams. Have the capability to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously, along with effective problem‑identification and solution‑development skills. Have proven analytical and organizational abilities.
