Present and explain Allianz insurance products (such as health, travel, and property insurance) tailored to customer needs. Provide accurate and transparent information, guiding customers toward the best coverage options for their situation. Manage leads and follow up proactively to ensure excellent customer experience and satisfaction. Work closely with your team and supervisors to continuously improve your communication, sales, and advisory skills. Fluency in Spanish (C1 or higher) — this is essential for communicating effectively with customers. Good command of English for internal communication and training. A passion for customer interaction, sales, and advisory work, with a professional and empathetic approach. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or insurance is a plus, but not required. Confidence in outbound calling and explaining complex information in a clear, friendly way. A proactive, goal-oriented mindset and a genuine desire to help people.
