REQUIREMENTS:

• A technical qualification in engineering, life sciences, or a related field.
• Proven experience in technical sales and/or servicing of laboratory, pharmaceutical, or containment equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory.
• Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel throughout Ireland.

THE ROLE:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales & Service Engineer to join our team. This is a remote role covering all 32 counties of Ireland, with responsibility for both sales and servicing of our range of containment enclosures and sterilisation solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for Envirosafe Ireland’s products and services.
• Provide technical sales support and expert guidance to clients in selecting the best containment and sterilisation solutions for their needs.
• Perform servicing, maintenance, and validation of containment enclosures and associated equipment.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in pharmaceutical, healthcare, cleanroom, and laboratory environments.
• Conduct on-site equipment demonstrations and training for customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently and effectively.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and service visit reports as required.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure Envirosafe Ireland remains at the forefront of containment and sterilisation solutions.
