Description

Role: Sales & Service Executive
Location: Guiseley
Salary: £21,000 - £30,000 pa - including OTE
Hours: Monday-Thurs 9am-5.30pm, Friday 9am-5.00pm
1 late per week (Mon / Tue / Wed) 9.30am to 7:30pm
Saturday (1 in 3 on a rota) 9am to 4pm - paid as overtime

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR SALES & SERVICE EXECUTIVE:

  • Previous sales experience is preferred, retail sales also considered
  • Ability to build strong working relationships, with both customers and internally
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to persuade, influence and negotiate effectively
  • Computer literate
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Self motivated, driven and enthusiastic
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Our industry leading client based in Guiseley is currently looking for a Sales & Service Executive to join their friendly team.
You will be responsible for handling incoming telephone enquiries generated through a national advertising campaign focused on our clients products. Your key task is to understand the caller’s needs by building rapport and asking open ended questions. You’ll clearly explain the features and benefits of our client’s products, positioning them as the ideal solution to the customer’s requirements.
Where appropriate, you will convert enquiries into qualified appointments for a site survey. Throughout all interactions, you must maintain a friendly, courteous and professional approach.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SALES & SERVICE EXECUTIVE:

  • Respond to incoming enquiries and convert them into qualified appointments for field based team.
  • Follow up with previous enquiries to secure additional appointments.
  • Build positive relationships with customers by keeping in touch and offering a friendly, helpful service.
  • Use sales techniques to understand customer needs and provide tailored advice.
  • Keep accurate notes and records in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with field based team to ensure appointments are well organised and details are shared.
  • Support the customer service team to deliver a smooth and professional customer journey.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment by helping colleagues when needed.
