Job Summary:
Aire-Master of the Emerald Coast is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will deliver, install, and maintain Aire-Master’s commercial scent marketing, odor control, and facility service products for businesses across the Emerald Coast. You’ll play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction by providing high-quality service to hotels, restaurants, healthcare facilities, and other commercial clients in this vibrant tourism-driven region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Delivery:
- Install, maintain, and service Aire-Master products, including scent diffusers, odor control systems, and restroom hygiene solutions, at client locations.
- Perform regular maintenance checks and replenish supplies (e.g., deodorizers, cleaning products) according to service schedules.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues on-site to ensure optimal performance.
- Customer Interaction:
- Build positive relationships with clients during service visits, addressing questions and ensuring their needs are met.
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional Aire-Master services or products to enhance client satisfaction.
- Route Management:
- Follow assigned service routes across the Emerald Coast (Destin, Fort Walton Beach, Miramar Beach, etc.) to complete daily tasks efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of service visits, inventory usage, and client interactions using provided tools or systems.
- Inventory and Equipment:
- Manage and organize inventory in service vehicles to ensure availability of necessary supplies.
- Keep service equipment clean, functional, and in good condition.
- Compliance and Safety:
- Adhere to safety protocols and company standards during service operations.
- Ensure compliance with client-specific requirements and local regulations.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience as a service technician, maintenance worker, or in a similar hands-on role is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
- Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting equipment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Organized, with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic familiarity with mobile apps or tools for scheduling and reporting (preferred but not mandatory).
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Technical or vocational training in maintenance or a related field is a plus.
- Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (local travel required).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (e.g., climbing ladders, bending, kneeling).
- Comfort working independently and in various client environments (e.g., offices, restaurants, hotels).
- Preferred: Knowledge of the Emerald Coast area and its business community is a plus.
Reliable Transportation
Work Environment:
- Field-based role with daily travel to client sites across the Emerald Coast.
- Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, with occasional evening or weekend work based on client needs.
- Work involves indoor and outdoor settings, with exposure to various weather conditions.
