ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Sales Service Representative (SSR), you’ll harness leads provided by Canada’s largest home improvement retailer to cultivate client relationships and drive sales in kitchen refacing solutions. Your responsibilities will include coaching retail staff to enhance service delivery and collaborating closely with our installation team to ensure seamless project execution. We’re seeking a detail-oriented communicator with a proactive approach to customer service and innovation. 5. ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and project details using our CRM system.
• Prepare regular reports and updates for management on sales performance and project status.
