Where You’ll Make a Difference Build customer relationships through outbound calls and serve as the first point of contact for inquiries and complaints. Maintain accurate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) updates after each interaction to support retention and business development. Conduct customer interviews using structured scripts to understand needs and capture detailed requirements. Deliver high-quality service to drive customer satisfaction and continued product/service usage. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards; escalate exceptions for approval. Continuously develop skills through training, coaching, and staying updated on industry and regulatory changes. Provide advanced product/service information and address complex customer queries. Respond to basic issue, escalate promptly and appropriately; provide managerial approvals as required. What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor’s degree from university, preferably in Food Science, Science or a related field. Minimum of 1 year experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, Regulatory Affair or Quality Proficiency in English and relevant local language(s) for effective communication across teams and clients. Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with SAP is highly desirable.
