We're seeking a Sales & Service Specialist to join an established and successful team in a role that blends relationship management, customer service and sales.

Working with an existing customer base you'll build relationships, identify opportunities and help customers find the right packaging solutions. Success comes from delivering outstanding service, understanding customer needs and becoming a trusted adviser that customers enjoy dealing with.

About the Role:

As the first point of contact for customers, you'll manage a busy pipeline of existing customer enquiries, prepare quotes, process orders and help businesses create packaging solutions that reflect their brand while leave a lasting impression.

You'll take the time to understand each customer's needs, ask the right questions and confidently recommend solutions from Cup & Carry's range of custom printed packaging products and services.

This office-based role is currently located in Brompton and will relocate to the company's brand-new headquarters on Regency Road later this year.

• Key Responsibilities:Build strong relationships with customers across hospitality, retail, corporate, marketing agency, event and reseller channels.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across an established national customer base.
• Manage a high volume of customer contact by phone and email.
• Manage new customer enquiries from South Australian Businesses.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend packaging solutions that create value and grow sales.
• Prepare accurate quotes and manage the order process from enquiry through to completion.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell, upsell and add value through alternative packaging solutions, print methods, lead times and complementary products.
• Support the onboarding of new customers and build opportunities for new business.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure customers have a smooth and positive experience throughout their journey, managing orders from initial enquiry through to production.
• Contribute to a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience and success in an internal sales, account management, customer service, call centre or a similar customer sales-based role.
• A demonstrated ability to work towards and achieve sales targets.
• Excellent phone and written communication skills.
• A positive, energetic, proactive attitude, with a genuine passion for engaging with customers and supporting their success.
• The confidence to manage a high volume of customer conversations and enquiries.
• Strong relationship-building capabilities, with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend effective solutions.
• Highly computer-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
