We’re looking for a driven, customer-focused Service Technician who enjoys consultative selling, takes pride in performance, and knows how to turn service visits into long-term solutions. You’ll run pre-scheduled maintenance appointments, perform detailed inspections, and identify and recommend upgrades that improve system performance, safety, and longevity—while delivering a true “WOW” homeowner experience. Requirements · Valid non-probationary driver’s license and safe driving record · Comfort working independently and managing a structured daily route · Strong communication skills and confidence with homeowners · Customer-first mindset with consultative sales focus · Construction or trade experience preferred · Consultative sales or upsell experience strongly preferred · Ability to work in crawlspaces and lift up to 75 lbs. · Ability to understand, speak, read, and write in English
