As Sales and Services Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing friendly, knowledgeable support over the phone. You’ll work closely with others, contribute ideas, and grow in a role that values collaboration and continuous improvement. This opportunity requires full-time availability Monday to Friday (8.30am-5.00pm) During your first 6 months, you’ll complete the ANZIIF Tier 2 General Insurance Compliance certification. You’ll be working from an WFI office during this time to ensure you get the supervised training you need. Hybrid work arrangements will be considered after this period subject to business requirements. This is a permanent full-time role based in Boorloo (Perth).
