As Sales & Services Manager you will: • Lead Sales, Communication & Interior Design, Customer Relations, and IKEA Food to deliver a consistent customer journey. • Drive commercial actions to grow sales, profitability, and strengthen the IKEA brand. • Inspire and develop the team to create an easy, inspiring, and efficient shopping experience. • Use customer insights and local market knowledge to develop the business. • Secure excellent store presentation and customer relations processes. • Ensure IKEA Food supports the total shopping experience and store performance. • Work together with the Order Point Manager to achieve business goals. Qualifications • You have solid retail and commercial experience with a proven ability to deliver results. • You set clear priorities and turn insights into actions to drive business performance. • You lead, coach, and develop people to build strong teams. • You are passionate about creating a simple and inspiring customer experience. • You act as an ambassador of the IKEA culture and values. • You are fluent in Thai and communicate effectively in English. *** This role reports to the Order Point Manager.
