TACTICAL TRADIE is looking for a weapon of a Sales Setter. Minyama, Sunshine Coast QLD | Full-time, office based | $70,000 base (negotiable) + uncapped commission | OTE expected to be $110,000–$120,000 based on 10 sales / month. THE ROLE Our marketing engine is filling the top of the funnel. Now we need a setter who can turn that traffic into booked, qualified calls for our closers. This is a phone-based setting role inside a high-ticket coaching business. You’ll be calling warm and warm-ish leads who have already put their hand up, qualifying them, building rapport, and locking them into a call with one of our closers. No cold calling off lists. No clever scripts you don’t believe in. Real conversations with tradies who want to grow their business. This is a junior role, but the expectations are not. You will work onsite at our Minyama office on the Sunshine Coast, every day. You will be on the phones. You will hit your numbers. And if you do, the pathway to Closer is real and a couple of years away, not theoretical. If you’re a tradie who’s done your time on the tools and you’re ready to back yourself in sales, this role was built for you. WHAT YOU’LL OWN You own the top of the sales funnel: Leads › Conversations › Qualified Calls › Show › Handover to Closer Outbound and Inbound Calling ▸ Smash the phones every day, calling warm/ non-cold inbound leads from our marketing team ▸ Re-engage leads who didn’t book first time around ▸ Run quick qualification conversations that respect the prospect’s time Booking and Show Rates ▸ Lock qualified leads into a calendar slot with one of our closers ▸ Confirm, remind, and reduce no-shows through smart follow-up ▸ Hit a minimum of 10 deals that the Closer successfully closes per month once you’re ramped CRM Discipline ▸ Live inside GoHighLevel. Notes, dispositions and pipeline stages always up to date ▸ Keep the data clean so the closers walk into every call already briefed Team and Culture ▸ Show up, in person, in Minyama. Every day. Face time is everything for us ▸ Bring energy to the floor. Sales is a team sport here ▸ Get involved in company events. You’ve swung the hammer, run jobs, dealt with customers and you understand what tradies actually care about ▸ You’ve done phone setting before, ideally inside a high-ticket coaching, consulting or education business ▸ You’re comfortable on the phone for hours at a time and you don’t flinch at volume ▸ You’re competitive. You want a scoreboard, and you want to be at the top of it ▸ You’re coachable. You take feedback, apply it the same day, and improve fast ▸ You’re a team player.
