We’re looking for a Sales / Ship-Ins Representative who can confidently support incoming ship-in requests, build relationships, and keep details organized so clients feel taken care of from the first call to final delivery. A strong day looks like: Responding to inbound ship-in inquiries and sales requests (phone/email) Gathering specs, timelines, and job details accurately Coordinating with internal teams to route jobs correctly and keep things moving Supporting quoting/pricing workflows as needed Tracking shipping details and proactively updating clients Building relationships that turn one-time buyers into repeat clients Keeping notes, activities, and client information organized (CRM/systems) Problem-solving when details change - calmly and professionally Compensation (DOE): Competitive base salary based on experience and qualifications Commission-based incentives (structure discussed during interviews) Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Voluntary Life, and Short-Term Disability options PTO policy + 8 paid holidays 401(k) to support your long-term goals Ready to Grow With Us?
