  Job Type: Full-time
  Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Wednesdays and Thursdays. Compensation is $20.00 - $24.00/hour.

• Drive Sales: Complete sales, initiate orders, and process payments with precision. * Understand Customer Needs: Build rapport and help identify current and future customer requirements. * Ensure Stock Availability: Monitor inventory and approve contracts to ensure everything’s in stock. * Maintain a Safe and Clean Store: Create a welcoming environment for both customers and colleagues. * Lead the Marketing Charge: Play a key role in shaping our sales strategy and market positioning. * Manage Inventory & Operations: Make decisions to keep stock levels optimized and sales flowing smoothly. * Analyze & Forecast: Use data to predict future sales and market trends to stay ahead of the game. * Stay in Tune with Trends: Regularly check in with customers and team members to spot emerging trends or issues.
