Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Technical Pre-Sales Consultant within the Enterprise Payments (EPC) team at FIS, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our cutting-edge payment solutions and the evolving needs of our clients. You’ll partner with sales, product, and engineering teams to deliver compelling technical narratives, design tailored solutions, and support strategic engagements across the globe.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Engage with clients to understand business and technical needs, aligning them with FIS EPC solutions.
  • Deliver compelling product demos, technical presentations, and architectural overviews.
  • Lead or support RFI/RFP responses, covering integration, security, compliance, and more.
  • Collaborate on solution design with Product and Functional Pre-Sales teams.
  • Develop and maintain pre-sales materials and train internal teams on product capabilities.
  • Plan and execute Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate solution fit.
  • Support Project Definition Studies (PDS) through workshops and documentation.
