Responsibilities
  • Drive growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities across key FM sectors such as commercial, industrial, healthcare, and government.
  • Develop and execute both short- and long-term business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders including property developers, REITs, asset managers, and managing agents.
  • Actively generate, qualify, and pursue leads through various channels—tenders, referrals, digital platforms, cold calls, and industry networking.
  • Develop a robust sales pipeline across integrated FM services, including cleaning, security, M&E (mechanical & electrical), landscaping, pest control, and more.
  • Craft and deliver persuasive sales presentations and customized proposals that address specific client needs and pain points.
  • Lead and coordinate tender submissions for both public and private sector projects, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, technical, pricing, and compliance teams to develop winning bid strategies.
  • Ensure all proposals and submissions meet technical, financial, and administrative criteria.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, pricing shifts, and emerging technologies.
