What You'll Do As the operational backbone of the sales team, you'll ensure sales move efficiently from signed contract to installation while supporting leadership with reporting, communication, and process execution. You'll be responsible for: Driving Contract Accuracy & Sales Integrity Reviewing and auditing contracts for completeness and accuracy Resolving sales holds, documentation issues, financing concerns, and approval delays Ensuring loan amounts, signatures, change orders, and required documentation are correct Tracking promotions, discounts, commissions, contests, and incentive programs Keeping Revenue Moving Identifying bottlenecks and proactively solving problems before they impact customers or production Communicating directly with Design Consultants, homeowners, Finance, Operations, and Accounting teams Managing pending approvals, HOA requirements, change orders, and contract modifications Acting with urgency to keep projects moving forward Supporting Sales Leadership Partnering closely with Sales Managers and General Managers Reinforcing team initiatives, expectations, and process improvements Serving as a trusted resource and communication hub for the sales organization Helping leadership stay focused on coaching, development, and strategic growth Reporting & Business Insights Tracking territory performance and key sales metrics Maintaining dashboards, reports, and pipeline visibility Monitoring lead flow, appointment performance, and conversion metrics Providing accurate data that supports business decisions Building Team Culture Recognizing team accomplishments and celebrating wins Supporting office organization and team engagement Helping create a positive, energized, high-performing environment What We're Looking For We're searching for someone who combines operational excellence with strong business instincts.
