Our Sales Solutions Representatives provide our customers with the highest quality services to assist them with increasing their business productivity. We are seeking a Sales Solutions Representative to join our team and contribute to enhancing the overall business owners’ experience and operations.
The Sales Solutions Representative supports our sales and customer service team in delivering exceptional solutions. As a Sales Solutions Representative, you will work with businesses to meet their needs, provide outstanding customer service, and drive sales results. This means that the Sales Solutions Representativewill have a high degree of professionalism, communication, and ability to problem solve. The Sales Solutions Representative will suggest AT&T products and services that comply with the business’s wireless and internet needs, ensuring that the customer has the best experience possible with our team.

SALES SOLUTIONS REPRESENTATIVE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, brand awareness or telecommunications industry preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Team-oriented with a focus on achieving sales goals
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours if needed when working with businesses
  • Proven leadership and management skills.
  • Tech savvy skills and enjoys working with interactive technology services
Responsibilities

SALES SOLUTIONS REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as a forward-facing Sales Solutions Representative of the company, assisting business owners directly in selecting wireless, internet and VOIP plans and services that meet their needs
  • Increase AT&T sales by actively promoting and selling products and services to customers
  • Guide businesses through available service options, deals, promotions, and upgrades
  • Complete the sales process by creating customer satisfaction which includes following up with the business on their new services and how it is working for them
  • Troubleshoot basic customer issues and escalate more complex concerns when necessary
  • Carry out all responsibilities in alignment with company values and service standards.

This position is a full time employment position located in Arlington, TX. This position is Monday-Saturday with an average of 40 hours per week working in a face to face role with customers and business owners.

  • Pay: 100% commission - $70-$300 per order. On average a minimum of 1 order is completed per day per employee.
