The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming environment for our clients. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for managing front desk operations, assisting with appointments, and promoting our services to enhance the overall client experience. We pride ourselves in promoting a culture of respect, accountability, integrity, honesty, and care for both our employees and clients. Duties Promote spa services and products through effective sales techniques. Greet clients warmly upon arrival and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit. Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, checking clients in and out, and handling inquiries (via phone, email, text or in-person). Utilize POS and Zenoti software to process transactions and maintain accurate client records. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and treatment rooms. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations within the spa. Handle any client concerns or feedback professionally, ensuring a positive experience. Other tasks as assigned by the management team Skills Strong sales abilities to effectively promote spa services and products (Memberships, packages, enhancements, gift cards). Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Goal oriented with an outgoing personality to be able to meet personal and business goals. Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in POS systems and spa software for transaction processing (Preferred). Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Ability to work alone or with a team Ability to work within the guidelines and policies of Hand and Stone Compensation:· $21 hourly starting rate· Commission on memberships and retail sales· 1 free service every other month in addition to discounted massages.
