QUALIFICATIONS:

• Sales experience in the wellness space preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and scheduling software
• High school diploma or equivalent

EXPERIENCE:

• Retail sales: 2 years (Preferred)

• Greet clients and provide a warm and welcoming experience
• Schedule appointments and answer phone inquiries
• Recommend and sell our services, enhancements, and home maintenance products to clients based on their needs
• Use your knowledge of the wellness space to help clients select the services and products that will best meet their needs
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up with clients as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Attend team meetings and training sessions as required
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure client satisfaction
