You're joining the creative agency of our advertising Sales OPS (Special Operation) Team — a unique unit that designs tailor-made operations for brands. We don't just do classic advertising. We create 360° campaigns that blend influence, brand content, events, and media. Real example: an influence operation for Lustucru with a TikToker integrating product placement into her vlogs, broadcast across social networks. That's our daily reality: creative, strategic, and always custom-made. Your mission: Support the Sales OPS Team in designing and deploying special operations for advertisers and agencies. You'll be at the heart of ambitious projects, at the crossroads of sales, creativity, and production. If you want to learn where things are happening, it's now. 💪 YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WITH US 🎯 Support business development You analyze client briefs, contribute to recommendations (presentations, pitches, campaigns), conduct benchmarks, and monitor competitive intelligence. You become the expert who shows up to meetings fully prepared. 🎨 Design creative operations You participate in defining creative concepts tailored to client needs. You help structure campaigns (formats, mechanics, timelines) and coordinate with internal teams (creative, production, media).
