This Position reports to: Sales Manager Your Role and Responsibilities You will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within the business line Force Measurement, part of the Measurement & Analytics division. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities. - Work model: #Li-hybrid In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for: Selling products, systems and service to customers, focusing on volume, mix, and profitability targets Monitoring customer and market trends to develop effective sales and marketing activities and plans Contributing to the sales forecasting process Communicating to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB’s offering and strategy. Ensuring efficient marketing activities and communicates value proposition to customers. Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market. Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supports cash collection and project management activities, when needed. Qualifications for the Role You have at least 3 years of experience in Sales or Commercial roles in the Metals and Paper market with a knowledge of strip flatness, tension, roll force and thickness measurement in a rolling mills or processing line applications. Possess enhanced knowledge and understanding of market trends and of the main sales and marketing strategies Degree in Engineering is a plus You are at ease communicating and negotiating in Italian and in English Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams Possess knowledge of MS Office, Sales Force, SAP or any similar CRMs Benefits Locally, you can count on: Competitive compensation: Attractive salary packages and performance bonuses.
