Adecco is actively seeking a highly analytical and strategic Solutions Consultant to support a top client in the digital media and advertising industry. This contract-based opportunity, located in Toronto, ON, focuses on Ads Media Effectiveness and Data Application. As a key subject matter expert, you’ll empower sales teams and their clients to unlock greater impact from media investments and guide them in building durable data foundations.

• Pay Rate: $53.92/hour.
• Location: Toronto, ON | Hybrid: Tues. - Thurs in office & Monday. and Friday Remote
• Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable solutions in data infrastructure, AI for marketing, MMM, and attribution modelling
• Provide expert consultation on complex measurement challenges across digital media campaigns
• Collaborate with sales, analytics, and technical teams to build customer-focused strategies and roadmaps
• Translate market trends and regional feedback into actionable insights for global product development
• Guide clients in evaluating the business impact of their media investments through data-driven approaches
• Deliver thought leadership on media effectiveness and data application across diverse client portfolios

Requirements:

• Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital media, product strategy, marketing, or sales
• Strong background in data analytics, media measurement, or digital campaign performance
• Skilled in stakeholder communication, bridging technical and business needs effectively
• Experience with digital analytics tools, including Google Ads, GA, and Google Marketing Platform
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects in fast-paced, matrixed environments
• Deep understanding of third-party measurement platforms and media attribution models
• Excellent analytical thinking and fluency in interpreting data insights
• Must be fluent in English
