Position: Sales Specialist Agent

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in an outbound sales environment (not required)
  • Exceptional communication skills with a friendly and persuasive phone manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients quickly.
  • Enthusiasm and passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Adaptability to different customer personalities and situations.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills. (Can be trained, not required)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and a proactive approach to challenges.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Initiate contact with individual partner sites using agreed communication channels (e.g., calls, SMS, email).
  • Qualify site interest and coordinate or conduct Teams-based demo meetings.
  • Provide onboarding support including training, registration, and guidance on product usage.
  • Track engagement, onboarding progress, and adoption metrics, reporting on a weekly basis.
