Your new role 

You'll play a key role in the day-to-day success of the branch, providing exceptional service, supporting trade customers and helping drive sales. 

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Provide product advice and solutions across our plumbing range  
• Manage trade counter sales and customer enquiries   
• Prepare quotations and proactively follow up sales opportunities  
• Build strong relationships with new and existing trade customers  
• Make outbound calls to strengthen customer relationships and generate sales  
• Process purchase orders and liaise with suppliers  
• Coordinate deliveries and manage outstanding customer orders  
• Assist with stock control and day-to-day branch operations

What you'll bring 

• Experience in plumbing, trade, building supplies or wholesale sales (highly regarded) 
• Experience in internal sales, trade counter sales or another customer-facing role 
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills  
• A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a passion for sales  
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment  
• Confidence using computer systems and preparing quotations  
• Current driver's licence (forklift licence advantageous)
