Min. 5 years of experience in B2B sales (services/software for eCommerce) Experience in both inbound and outbound sales Ability to provide business consulting and translate customer needs into Base solutions Knowledge of the eCommerce market (platforms, marketplaces, processes) Self-reliance, goal orientation, and the ability to manage a sales pipeline Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Very good command of the English language (min. B2) Key Responsibilities: Independently managing the full sales cycle (inbound and outbound, including cold calling) of the Base system to companies in the eCommerce sector Acquiring and qualifying leads, analyzing customer needs, and advising on Base solutions Preparing offers in cooperation with technical teams Building long-term relationships with key clients, negotiating, and cross-selling Co-creating the sales strategy, actively contributing to marketing activities (e.g., publications and presentations), and acquiring case studies Monitoring eCommerce trends, introducing new ideas and solutions that will help develop the client portfolio and increase sales effectiveness Real Impact: the opportunity to actively shape the global e-commerce market and implement solutions that make a difference.
