We are seeking a Sales Specialist to drive aggressive growth and exceed revenue targets across our Building Systems. This role focuses on delivering high-performance solutions—including Waterproofing, Flooring, and Roofing—to industrial and high-rise construction projects throughout the Southern region. Job Description Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and retention. Negotiate contracts to secure the best possible terms for Sika. Achieve assigned sales targets for both yourself and your team. Manage the sales cycle, including generating quotes, processing orders, and handling customer correspondence. Provide technical expertise and product recommendations to customers. Assist with credit control activities Manage assigned projects according to your Line Manager's direction. Prepare accurate and timely reports, sales forecasts, and other required planning documents. Work effectively with colleagues and other departments to achieve shared goals. Perform other duties as assigned by your Line Manager (South Sales Manager) Maintain confidentiality of all company information and documentation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Construction/Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline. At least 3-4 years of experience Technical Sales in the building materials or chemical industry Good organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Willingness to travel as needed. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Vietnamese speaking with good English language skills.
