Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Security System (CCTV) Sales Specialist to join a well established client in Aberdeen to develop their focus on sales and new service growth with new and existing key accounts throughout the UK but predominantly in Scotland.
This is a full time permanent position based in the office in Aberdeen which may suit an individual with CCTV and access controls experience who would like the opportunity to progress into the sales element of the role.
Hours of work: Monday – Friday 0800 - 1600

SKILLS

  • Proven experience in CCTV and access control systems and operation.
  • Experience in developing new business through excellent client relationships.
  • Ideally you will have experience of CRM application and Office 365.
  • Proven experience and an established client base within the Fire & Security market desired but not essential.
  • Be comfortable presenting technical and commercial information.
  • Ability to function autonomously, whilst also being a proactive teammate.
  • Ability to build plans and bring teams together for mutual success.
  • Outstanding customer engagement
  • Proven track record of achieving results.
    Note: This is not an entry-level position. Previous experience in a security-related or sales role is required. This role does not cover relocation costs or sponsorship so we are looking for candidates who live local to Aberdeen and have the right to work in the UK

Responsibilities
  • Manage existing key accounts whilst developing new business opportunities.
  • Build business development strategies to improve sales opportunities.
  • Identify the best existing accounts to target for growth as well as identifying and converting new account opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor activities & new developments.
  • Lead the complete sales process from opportunity identification to sales closure.
  • Develop a sales pipeline to ensure installation order booking requirements are met.
  • Handle leads and drive sales performance using the CRM system.
  • Continuously strive and find opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure that there is effective and efficient bid management.
  • Bring a high degree of customer focus.
  • Comfortable working with deadlines and targets
