Responsibilities
  • Work with the Account team to identify Workplace and End-user opportunities and develop pipeline within Customers
  • To provide end-to-end ownership for a specialist aligned opportunities on behalf of the workplace business
  • Support the qualification process with the customer account teams
  • Assisting the customer through a process of understanding their requirements, defining a solution to achieve their business outcomes, creating a compelling proposition and will be responsible for negotiating commercials and closing the deal
  • Supporting the vision with assessment services
  • Shaping the outcome with Technical expertise / Our Proven Practices and Processes
  • Provide Customers with access to the right resources across Computacenter to support their needs; Consultants, Engineers, CTO’s, Solution Leaders, Architects, Vendors
  • Responsible for managing the internal service providers and any external suppliers
  • Evaluate contract spend in a given organization in order to optimize spending patterns, technology usage, and implementation strategies.
  • Show insight to our customers and partners regarding workplace and end-user contracts and agreements
  • Develop strong knowledge of industry trends by developing proactive professional relationships with vendor partners
  • Provide leadership and knowledge to customers and maintain a strong presence in workplace and End-user industry community
  • Develop strategy to maximise opportunities and grow market share
